John Tricoli is President and Owner of Teph Seal “Auto Appearance.” For more than two decades, John has applied his high-energy enthusiasm to pioneer new territory in the automotive industry. As a result, he has effectively motivated his team to success, dynamically implementing innovative ideas, strategies, and concepts that help other businesses grow. Earlier in his career and prior to running the Teph Seal organization, John applied himself as a financial advisor, but his passion for the automotive industry drew him back to Teph Seal “Auto Appearance.” Today, the fabric and foundation of Teph Seal is based on a sound philosophy that promotes quality and fun. To quote John: “We believe in what we are doing at Teph Seal and we’re having fun doing it. We strongly feel that as the premier reconditioning service, we are not only helping to grow and profit car dealerships around the country, but at the same time we’re elevating the perspective of car dealerships by delivering integrity and quality service.” John earned a degree in Business from Greensboro College in Greensboro, NC. He currently resides in Orlando, Florida with his lovely wife and their three wonderful children.

DENNIS DECARLO

Dennis DeCarlo has served as the Vice President of Business Development and a member of the Executive Committee since June of 2001. Since joining the Teph Seal team he has played a key role in driving the dramatic expansion of the business across the eastern United States. He joined the team with a twenty plus year track record of business success. The last fifteen years were spent with the Pepsi Bottling Group where he held a series of executive management positions in both sales and operations. During his tenure there the business developed into one of the largest business units within the corporation contributing significantly to overall corporate results. A savvy, results-oriented professional, he quickly sees the whole picture of a company’s needs, and has the demonstrated ability to develop real world business solutions. Dennis earned an Accounting degree from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Although busy with many responsibilities, he is an active leader in community organizations including YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs, as well as Legatus an organization of Catholic business executives. He currently resides with his wife and three children in the state of Florida.

Michael Gruver has been contributing his professionalism and integrity into the automotive arena since 1985. He joined the Teph Seal team in 2001 where he presently serves as Regional Vice President of the North Florida territory. Prior to the automobile business, Michael served in the United States Navy for six years. During his earlier automotive related career experience he served as General Manager for Coggin Group Auto Nation, USA and the Holler Auto-Motive Group. He was also President and Founder of Team Staffing in Orlando Florida as well as Owner and Operator of Paramount Health Clubs. Through his encouragement and strong leadership abilities, Michael has consistently propelled his team towards higher and better accomplishments proving to grow and profit car dealerships throughout his territory. Originally from York, Pennsylvania he attended Penn State University. He now resides in Florida with his wonderful wife and two young children. In addition to enjoying time with his family, playing golf and participating in various sports activities, Michael is a huge Jacksonville Jaguars fan.

Mark Plotts has been contributing his expertise into the automotive industry since 1979. After a long and fulfilling career in a management role with several dealerships including Deel Ford and Trail Lincoln Mercury both in Florida, he left to pursue a career with the Teph Seal team in February 1990. Recognizing the growth potential and rewarding career possibilities Teph Seal had to offer, Mark enthusiastically took on management responsibilities for the Teph Seal group. Today, his hard-working approach coupled with an eager, can do attitude, has proven Mark as an extremely important factor in pulling a team together and making things happen. With his natural gift for communicating ideas, Mark enjoys developing and improving efforts that reliably increase the growth of the Teph Seal team. Mark resides in the state of Georgia with his wife Michele, and his daughter, stepson and granddaughter. While often involved in business functions, Mark greatly enjoys taking time for travel along with participating in various types of sports activities.

John Rak has been in the automotive industry for more than three decades, earning him the distinction as a highly experienced, capable and knowledgeable professional. Characterized as a no-nonsense kind of guy, John’s competitive nature is what propels him towards reaching his targeted goals. Starting his automotive career on the dealership side of the business he later acted as Sales Manager and ultimately General Manager of an automation and robotic welding system company for 25 years. Enjoying the challenges of the ever-expanding automotive industry, John joined the Teph Seal team in 2004. He currently manages Teph Seal businesses in Detroit MI, Baltimore MD, and Columbus OH. As a lifelong resident of Michigan, John is a committed family man. He and his lovely wife Debbie have 3 children. In his spare time, John greatly enjoys spending time with family as well as hunting, fishing, golf and attending sporting events.

Ronaldo Swilley has been a successful executive business leader for more than twenty five years. He is a former General Motors dealer in North Carolina where he owned a dealership containing the Cadillac, Pontiac, Buick and GMC brands. He joined the Teph Seal team in 2008 where he presently serves as the Regional Vice President of the South / Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay territories. Prior to the automotive industry, he held a number of executive management, sales and marketing positions both in the field and headquarters location of Carnation and Pepsi Cola North America. By leveraging his complete set of professional and personal experiences, Ronaldo supports his team while growing and operating the business in a positive, high integrity manner. Ronaldo is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing. In 2005, he completed the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy in McLean, VA. He is the proud father of two children and currently resides in Central Florida.

Chris Tricoli has been involved in the automotive industry since 1986 and has been a member of the Teph Seal family since 1990. His in-depth knowledge of the Teph Seal organization was gained by working his way up through the ranks, holding a variety of positions including lot washer, detailer and store manager. By making sure his team was always properly equipped with the right tools for success, today Chris proudly holds the title of Regional VP of the Orlando, Florida market. As a highly energetic professional, Chris is responsible for maintaining a high quality management staff in addition to making sure customers are always satisfied, a role he takes very seriously. To quote Chris: “We’re not just about clean, shiny cars; we’re about understanding our customer’s needs and making sure they’re completely happy. No reward compares to seeing our business run smoothly and our customers thoroughly happy.” Chris earned a BA degree in Business from the University of Central Florida. When not busy at work, Chris can be found at home cooking a great meal or watching movies with his leading lady.

Jon Beckler

Jon Beckler started working with Teph while in High School in Orlando Florida, later he moved on to pursue other career opportunities including owning his own detailing business. In 2012 Jon joined the Teph Seal Texas Team. Jon’s expertise is training and development, identifying average employees and turning them into rock stars. We refer to Jon as the “detail whisperer.” Today, his hard-working approach coupled with an eager, can do attitude, has proven Jon as an extremely important factor in pulling a team together and making things happen. He is relentless in solving challenges and creating solutions for dealerships. Jon resides in Dallas, lives with his wife Joan and four boys.

Ricky Caban has been in the Automotive Industry since 1995. He comes to us from Philadelphia PA where he graduated from Olney High School. He moved to Ocala Florida in 1994. After relocating to Gainesville FL, he worked at Mercedes Benz for 8 years achieving management status. His invaluable experience brings high energy and first-hand knowledge of how to satisfy the customer’s wants and needs. Rick joined the Teph Seal team in 2006 and continues to increase and expand his markets to include Gainesville/ Tallahassee/ Ocala/ Stark. Rick is a hardworking, reliable, and self-motivating employee who likes to let his work speak for itself. He has achieved the District manager status with partnership/ownership. Ricky is a Christian with good family values and resides in the state of Florida. In his spare time he coaches and plays softball and loves to attend his Florida Gator events. GO GATORS!

Jason Murray has been actively involved in the work force for more than 25 years, always conveying a high level of professionalism, commitment and loyalty to his day-to-day responsibilities. After years of working for the City of St. Petersburg in various leadership roles, Jason joined the Teph Seal team in 2002, where he continues to increase and expand upon the Teph Seal St. Petersburg territory. A man characterized as hardworking, dedicated and steadfast, Jason maintains a reputation for contributing extensively to the Teph Seal organization. A stickler for detail, he meticulously juggles a myriad of situations and people both resourcefully and professionally. Educated through the universe of hard knocks, he is very proud of his significant accomplishments and career growth gained through his work with the Teph Seal organization. Jason resides with his three children in the state of Florida. In his spare time he greatly enjoys his children, attending sporting events and watching a good movie.

His experience in the field, combined with his passion for the business, make up a great recipe for success in the Detroit market. In his free time, Ron enjoys boating, fishing and playing golf. Mr. Steve Tabb has been contributing his influential sales, marketing and business skills to the corporate world for over 25 years. As a savvy professional, Steve is recognized for his out of the box thinking coupled with a special gift for new business acquisition. After years of working with a Fortune 500 company, Steve joined the Teph Seal team in 2002, where he productively fulfills the role of Marketing Development Representative. A well-spoken leader, he has from the start demonstrated an uncompromising commitment towards fostering the growth of Teph Seal. Previously, from 1980 to 2002, Steve served in various capacities for the Pepsi Bottling Group in Winter Haven, Florida. His consistency in achieving top-notch results has earned Steve a reputation as an invaluable pacesetter that carefully balances long-range vision with attention to detail. He received a degree in Zoology from the University of Florida. Steve makes his home in the sunny state of Florida where he resides as a single dad with his three great kids.

Michael is putting his 30 years of experience in the automotive industry to work developing a strong relationship with our partners at Southeast Toyota. Using his expertise to introduce Teph Seal's process driven detail solutions, that maximizes the efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability of any automotive detail department. Michael is passionate about all aspects of automotive detailing, and enjoys traveling throughtout the five states within the S.E. Toyota territory. Michael loves the partnership it's a perfect job.
